My name is Greta Gatmanaite and I am a photographer from Lithuania currently residing and studying in England. What fuels my work is quite eclectic: history, social issues, people I meet, everyday situations, even reflecting upon my own personal journey and struggles.

 

Thus far I have created imagery that portrays the female experience, one's intrinsic connection to nature, solitude, freedom of self-expression, being brought up in a post-soviet era. With Laila x Amina I hope to inspire others, especially those feeling lost or afraid of taking full control of their lives and making choices that reflect upon their core values and desires.
